Our Team
Erin Rubin
Business Operations Erin has founded and scaled multiple businesses and a nonprofit in West Seattle. She grew Mode Music Studios 11 years ago from a two-room home operation into a multi-floor facility employing dozens of local musicians. Her nonprofit was founded to serve the community’s needs, of which she manages alongside the school.
She currently serves as an HR and operations consultant to several Seattle-area organizations, including Glo’s Seattle and Point C Construction, helping them build the people systems and infrastructure they need to scale.
Tess is a Senior UX Content Strategist with 7+ years of experience, most recently at Cigna/Express Scripts, where she shaped the digital experience for over 100,000 colleagues. She brings Fortune 500-level research and content strategy to businesses that don't have Fortune 500 budgets.
Since 2019, she's run an independent consulting practice helping small businesses and medical providers with websites, UX, automations, and digital marketing.
